Steakhouse “Martinovata kashta” is a specialized restaurant in Ruse for preparing veal and beef grown on native soil from a farm in the ecologically clean area of the village of Buzan near the city of Ruse.
We believe there is a way to raise animals freely and humanely instead of investing huge amounts of money in an industrial farm. Our animals get sick less and eat naturally – with food that is natural for them and that we get from our fields. The herd numbers about 500 animals of the Aberdeen Angus breed, which are raised on open grounds.
Our mission is to produce quality and ecologically clean products that will reach you in the pleasant atmosphere of the Martinovata Kashta steakhouse.
Why visit us?

Aberdeen Angus is marbled meat, widely recognized as one of the best quality in the world. It comes from Scotland, but has been popularized in North America because it is perfect for our all-time favorite burgers.
The word “Angus” actually comes from the special breed, the Aberdeen Angus, which in the 1800s took over the American market. In 1978, the “Certified Angus Beef” quality guarantee was created. According to her, only meat meeting the highest standard has the right to bear the name Aberdeen Angus.
In other words: animals raised in picturesque meadows, without antibiotics and hormones and then without the use of dyes and preservatives.
What does this mean for us consumers though?
Aberdeen Angus can best be described with three epithets: delicious, tender and juicy. Add to that incredible quality, and you get an exceptional meat for connoisseurs. Only with us.
Only on our menu you will be able to find a variety of different types of steaks, ribs, specials and superb classic burgers. And not only, of course.
